Well, saya absen posting lagi kemarin, hehehe.... Tapi maaf kan saya, hari ini saya akan posting tentang suatu hal yang baik untuk kita semua.
You are what you think!--adalah motto yang sering saya pakai ketika harus menulis kolom motto di personal data FB misalnya, di formulir-formulir pendaftaran yang meminta menuliskan motto.
Kenapa? Karena saya adalah tipe orang yang kadang lebih memilih memikirkan dampak negatif dari suatu aksi atau kejadian dari pada berpikir positif. Karena saya tipe orang yang berhati-hati--takut melakukan kesalahan. Dan selain itu, hal ini muncul sepertinya akibat rasa kurang PD yang ada pada saya. Jangan ditiru.
Saya sungguh berjuang untuk jadi orang yang lebih positif atau setidaknya PD. Kasian ya? Saat orang lain bisa berjalan dengan nyaman dengan segala yang ada di dirinya, saya (apalagi saya yang dulu) kesulitan berpikir bagaimana caranya berjalan di depan orang lain agar tampak nyaman, karena saya tidak nyaman.
Sekarang sudah berkurang. Tapi kadang-kadang, ketika ada di lingkungan baru yang saya kurang nyaman, penyakit ini mucul.
Hanya jangan aneh jika suatu waktu melihat saya sangat bersemangat atau PD. Itu berarti saya sedang sangat nyaman, baik dengan diri saya, lingkungan, orang-orang di sekitar saya. Well, memang kenyamanan harus kita sendiri yang menciptakan. Mengingat motto ini adalah salah satu bentuk usaha nyata untuk itu.
Saya mengingat-ingat motto itu agar menjadi semacam pengingat diri bahwa mind over body! Saya sudah membuktikannya beberapa kali. Bahwa kekuatan pikiran bisa membantu kita mengubah atau menguasai keadaan. Misal, saat sedih, katakan pada diri sendiri bahwa kalian bahagia dengan sungguh-sungguh dan mempercayai perkataan itu, maka kalian pun akan seketika merasa bahagia atau paling tidak lebih rileks. Teorinya memang semudah itu, dan memang mudah dan tidak ada salahnya dicoba sesekali.
Nah, hari ini saya mendapat email dari sebuah program energy healing. Saya berlangganan email mereka tapi tidak pernah terlibat. Email-emailnya hanya saya buka saja agar semua terbaca tanpa saya membaca kontennya. Tapi hari ini, email tersebut berkata bahwa saya tidak pernah memberi komentar apapun tentang email yang mereka kirim dan mereka memberi saya apa yang berjudul 3-Day Fear Cleanse.
Setelah saya baca, konsepnya sama dengan apa yang diusung oleh motto saya tersebut di atas. Berikut langkah-langkahnya langsung saya copas (tapi ada yang dikurang-kurangin):
3-Day Fear Cleanse
First thing: Make sure you do this in the evening, preferably before bed - because what we're going to do here is reflect on the day that just went by. Find a quiet place with no distractions. Maybe you could sit in your bedroom for a while. Get seated comfortably. Take 3 deep breaths, try and clear your mind.
Step 1
Think of a moment in the day where you feel a subconscious fear may have been blocking your abundance. Maybe it was a conversation you had at work. Maybe it was when you were buying something in a store. Maybe it was just a random thought you had that made you feel poor or unworthy.
Write down the feeling you were experiencing in that moment.
For example: I didn't call back that potential client because I figured he wouldn't like me anyway. Or, I was nervous to check my bank account because I was afraid there wouldn't be enough money in it.
Step 2

Create a Target Statement, which you do by first rephrasing your earlier statement.
For example, if your earlier statement was: I was nervous to check my bank account because I was afraid there wouldn't be enough money in it...
Then you would rephrase it to: Even though I'm nervous to check my bank account because I'm afraid there won't be enough money in it, I deeply and profoundly love and accept myself anyway.
Step 3
For example, if your earlier statement was: I was nervous to check my bank account because I was afraid there wouldn't be enough money in it...
Tap on it. Start Tapping on the meridian points on your face and body while focusing on the emotional resistance to access and eliminate the emotional or energetic resistance that is blocking you.
Convert the negative target statement into a positive one, and start Tapping again.
Using the earlier example, the negative statement was: I was nervous to check my bank account because I was afraid there wouldn't be enough money in it...
And when you convert that into a positive statement, it would be: I'm confident to check my bank account and my finances, because I am abundant and I have more than enough.
Start Tapping on this statement, and while you're doing it add other positive uplifting affirmations and suggestions that will help raise your vibrations and get you into a receptive energetic state.
Sample Positive affirmations:
I am financially abundant.
I am confident about my finances.
I manifest wealth every day.
If you find yourself annoyed or frustrated with these statements, or if they don't yet feel real, this is likely because the subconscious fear is still lodged in your energetic core - which means you need to again Tap on the earlier negative statements.
Using the earlier example, the negative statement was: I was nervous to check my bank account because I was afraid there wouldn't be enough money in it...
Sample Positive affirmations:
I am financially abundant.
I am confident about my finances.
I manifest wealth every day.
I hope you enjoyed that exercise! If you want to make Tapping a daily habit and be more aware of the fears holding you back, remember to commit to the 3-Day Fear Cleanse. Just do this exercise once every evening for at least 3 days, and see how much more mindful and conscious it makes you feel about your thoughts, your fears and your actions.

Coba deh dan buktikan bagaiman metode ini bekerja untuk kalian. Kalau tidak cocok, ya jangan dipaksakan. Tapi jangan juga dihina, metode ini berhasil untuk banyak orang.
